gulch

Gulches are often white foamy frothes of slurping ocean. Oh so fragrent with rotting sea weed. They are lovely. Really. Take my word for it. Okay, they aren't always like that, and really they are amazing to look at, with the upturned sandstone creating knife-edged upcroppings and little puddles of constant salt water creating perfect homes to sea urchins and anenomes.
