Maya is one of my favorite people in the entire world. It takes her up to 24 hours to finish a meal, but she can tell you her entire life history and/or what is wrong with [fill in the blank] in 45 minutes flat. She is a good friend. Being a good friend comes very easily to Maya. She is fun and whipsmart and creative and adventurous/tentative all at the same time. She is moving to NYC to become the brilliant actress that she already is. She currently lives in Seattle, but will soon mosey back down our way soon. Everyone send your happy birthday thoughts to Maya this very instant.
