Also known as Madonna Mountain, because the Madonna Inn is literally built into the rocks on the side you can't see, Cerro San Luis is a favorite hiking spot and landmark in San Luis Obispo.

Obviously not a mountain. Not as obviously, an ancient volcanic core. One of the seven sisters volcanic chain. I hope to show all of the cerros here. A few years ago my desk was at a window that looked right over Madonna. I loved it and used to wish I could show my cyber friends truly how beautiful this hill is.
